Toolzip AI acts strictly as a data processing utility. We do not claim ownership of any documents, PDFs, images, or data you upload to our platform for conversion.
Once your file is processed and converted through our engines, the output file remains your exclusive intellectual property. We do not store, distribute, or index your private files in any public search engines or databases.
2. DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on Toolzip AI (such as public templates or community resources) infringes on your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA takedown request containing the following elements:

A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

The exact URL or location on Toolzip AI where the alleged infringing material is located.
👤 Contact Details
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.

3. Toolzip AI Trademarks & Assets
3.1 Brand & Code Architecture
The name Toolzip AI, our custom logos, the glossymorphism UI design, conversion matrix layouts, and the underlying SaaS codebase are the exclusive intellectual property of Toolzip AI. They are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or scrape our API logic or UI layouts.
- Use the Toolzip AI logo or branding to endorse third-party products without explicit written consent.
- Replicate our 3-Step Flow or Universal Format Integration Matrix for a competing SaaS platform.
